Recipe: Big Mac Salad

This meal is simple, easy, and indulgent - like you're ordering McDonald's for dinner but skipping the inevitable stomachache. The dressing is truly what makes this recipe so tasty, adding just enough sweet sauce that it'll quickly becomes a household go-to.


4.5 oz. lean ground beef

1/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz. (2.5 cups) shredded lettuce

1.5 oz. (1/4 cup) tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp. Lite Thousand Island Dressing

Combine in a bowl & enjoy!
